Every machine is checked against an inspection plan before dispatch, and the same plan travels with the machine so the buyer can repeat each check on site.
Effective spares and after-sales service
Apart from the extensive range of battery manufacturing machines, we also provide the required spares specified by our clients. We are associated with various vendors dealing in these spares; our service engineers also assist clients with installation of these spare parts in the machine, which further reduces machine downtime.
Prompt customer care
Our job is not restricted to manufacturing, exporting and supplying our range of battery manufacturing machines. We also train the people who will run them. We invite representatives from our clients to the demonstration process, which ensures that the SOPs are followed in line with the O&M manual, fault finding and remedial action is easily understood, process parameters are clear, test methods for the output product are standardised, and the maintenance requirements defined in the manual are understood.
Quality assurance
We pay close attention to the quality of our range of battery manufacturing machines, such as the traction heat sealing machine, plate filling machine, tube plate filling machine and industrial heat sealing machine. Every unit is checked against a documented inspection plan before dispatch, and the same plan is handed over with the machine so the buyer can repeat the checks on site.
